Membership is free and available to individuals aged 18 years or older who provide a valid email address and complete registration in-store. 

Membership is for individual retail consumers only and is not available to businesses, resellers, or wholesale customers. 

A valid email address is required so INDUSTRIE can administer the Program and deliver membership information and reward vouchers.  You will be unenrolled from the Program if you provide an invalid email address, and any vouchers issued to you under that email address will be cancelled. 

We may send Program and service communications relating to membership, rewards, account administration, and changes to the Program to your registered email address. 

Members may unsubscribe from promotional marketing emails at any time without cancelling their Program membership. INDUSTRIE may continue to send you emails regarding essential Program communications, including reward vouchers, membership information, and account administration messages. 

Members may withdraw from the Program at any time by providing notice to us using the registered email address associated with their membership. 

We may send you SMS marketing if you have opted in to receive SMS communications from us. Customers may withdraw SMS marketing consent at any time without cancelling their Program membership. 

Customers must provide their registered Program details at the time they make an in-store purchase in order to earn and redeem rewards. 

Each individual retail consumer is limited to one Program account. Duplicate accounts cannot be merged, and an account or accounts may be suspended or cancelled where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, or duplicate benefits. 

Program accounts, rewards, and vouchers are personal to the registered member and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or assigned to another individual. 

Personal information collected through the Program will be handled in accordance with INDUSTRIE's Privacy Policy and California law. INDUSTRIE’s Privacy Policy will be provided before an individual signs up to participate in the Program. 

Where required by California law, a separate Notice of Financial Incentive will be provided at or before sign-up. 

Members may leave the Program at any time. Unused rewards may be cancelled when the account is closed, subject to applicable law. 

Members earn a $10 reward for every $100 spent on eligible in-store purchases at INDUSTRIE Australia, Westfield Century City. 

Rewards are calculated on qualifying purchases solely in increments of purchases of $100. No rewards will be issued for partial purchases of less than $100 or purchase amounts beyond $100 increments.  

Reward calculation examples: You spend $100= you will earn $10 in reward vouchers; you spend $50 = you will not earn any rewards; you spend $350 = you will earn $30 in reward vouchers. 

Any purchase amount below a $100 increment will not accrue an additional reward. 

Reward vouchers cannot be applied to the purchase during which they are earned. 

Rewards to be issued are calculated on the final purchase amount after applying any discounts, promotions, credits, redeemed rewards, and other adjustments. 

Taxes, gift cards, alterations, previous balances, and other excluded purchases do not count toward reward earnings. 

Rewards cannot be earned on refunded, returned, cancelled, fraudulent, wholesale, reseller, or employee purchases unless INDUSTRIE expressly states otherwise. 

Sale or promotional merchandise may earn rewards unless a particular promotion expressly excludes reward earnings. 

Purchase-based reward vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue unless a different expiry period is clearly stated on the voucher. 

Expired vouchers cannot be extended, reactivated, or replaced except where required by law. 

Purchase-based reward vouchers will be issued 32 days after the qualifying in-store purchase date in order to ensure that rewards are not issued for returned or exchanged merchandise.  

Purchase-based reward vouchers will be sent to the email address registered to the member's Program account. 

If a qualifying purchase is returned, refunded, cancelled, or adjusted before the reward is issued, the reward will be recalculated based on the member's remaining qualifying spend. 

The purchase-based reward voucher must be redeemed and used in full in one transaction. Partial redemptions of the purchase-based reward are not permitted, and if the purchase does not fully use the reward amount, the remainder of the purchase-based reward will be forfeited and cancelled. 

The purchase-based reward cannot be combined with another reward voucher, discount code, promotional offer, sale items or other discount unless INDUSTRIE expressly states otherwise at the time of purchase. 

To welcome new Program members who successfully join the Program in-store, a new member will receive a one-time $10 sign-up reward voucher which will expire 30 days after it is issued. 

The sign-up reward voucher will be emailed to the registered email address within 24-48 hours of successful registration. 

Once received, the voucher may be added to the member’s Program Digital Wallet for in-store redemption. 

Only one sign-up reward voucher will be issued to an individual, whether to their email address, mobile number, or membership account. 

The sign-up reward voucher must be redeemed and used in full in one transaction.  Partial redemptions of the sign-up reward are not permitted, and if the purchase does not fully use the reward amount, the remainder of the sign-up reward will be forfeited and cancelled. 

The sign-up reward cannot be combined with another reward voucher, discount code, promotional offer, sale items or other discount unless INDUSTRIE expressly states otherwise at the time of purchase. 

The Program is available only with respect to in-store purchases made at INDUSTRIE Australia, Westfield Century City, Los Angeles, California. 

Rewards may only be earned and redeemed in-store at this location. 

Purchases made through any website, marketplace, wholesale channel, or any other store or location do not qualify for this Program, even if the purchase is picked up at this location. 

INDUSTRIE may reasonably determine whether a product or product category is eligible for purchases to participate in the Program, provided any exclusion is communicated to customers prior to purchase. 

Members are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up to date. INDUSTRIE Australia is not responsible for vouchers that cannot be delivered because a member supplied incorrect or outdated details.

Reward vouchers that are issued will be added to the member’s Program Digital Wallet for scanning at checkout. 

Purchase-based rewards and sign-up rewards have the expiration dates listed in each category of reward above. 

Expired vouchers cannot be extended, reactivated, or replaced except where required by law. 

Reward vouchers have no cash or monetary value, are not legal tender, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and are not transferable.  This is true regardless of the type of reward voucher. 

Reward vouchers are promotional benefits provided under the Program and may only be used in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. 

Only one reward voucher may be redeemed per transaction, and the voucher may be for any amount. This is true even if a member has both sign-up and a purchase-based reward vouchers; only one of those vouchers may be used per new purchase by the member. 

Reward vouchers cannot be redeemed on sale products, gift cards or cash.  

Reward vouchers can only be redeemed in-store at INDUSTRIE Australia, Westfield Century City, Los Angeles, California for purchases made at that location.  They cannot be redeemed for online purchases that are picked up at this location. 

To redeem a reward, the member must present the applicable Program Digital Wallet voucher or email voucher at checkout to be scanned. If you do not have access to your email, please contact customer service at contactus@industrieaustralia.com before visiting the store if you wish to redeem a voucher.   

Sign-up, anniversary, promotional, or other non-purchase-based vouchers cannot be combined with another voucher or promotional code, including purchase-based reward vouchers, unless expressly stated otherwise. 

Reward vouchers must be used in full when redeemed. Any unused balance on a voucher is forfeited and cannot be carried forward. 

Rewards cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases and cannot be transferred between member accounts. 

If a member returns part or all of an in-store purchase that generated a reward, the qualifying spend will be recalculated after the return, and the purchase-based reward will be reduced or cancelled to reflect the reward earned based upon the adjusted purchase price. 

Returned merchandise example: you initially made a $200 qualifying purchase which earned a $20 purchase-based reward. If you later properly return $75 of merchandise, and a $75 refund is issued, then the remaining qualifying spend is $125 and the purchase-based reward will be reduced to $10. 

If the affected reward has not yet been issued, INDUSTRIE may reduce or cancel it before issuance if possible. 

If a reward generated by the returned purchase has already been issued but not redeemed, INDUSTRIE will reduce, cancel, or remove the applicable voucher from the member's account. 

If a reward voucher was used on merchandise that is later returned, the refund will be reduced by the value of the reward applied to the returned merchandise so that the member does not receive both the reward benefit and a refund for the same value. The reward is forfeited if a product is refunded.

Exchanges, refunds, and store credits remain subject to INDUSTRIE’s standard in-store returns policy and applicable law. 

INDUSTRIE may refuse, suspend, cancel, reverse, or adjust rewards or Program accounts where it reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. 

Examples of improper use of a Program account include creating duplicate or false accounts, using false contact details, manipulating purchases or returns to generate rewards, transferring or selling rewards, attempting to obtain multiple sign-up vouchers, or using another person's membership without authority.  This is not an exhaustive list of improper uses of Program accounts,but is merely illustrative. 

Where reasonably practicable, INDUSTRIE will investigate suspected misuse before permanently cancelling an account or reward, and INDUSTRIE may take further legal action if warranted. 

At any time, INDUSTRIE may modify, suspend, or cancel the Program, including how to earn rewards, the level of rewards earned, the use of the rewards, eligibility rules, or these Terms & Conditions. 

Where reasonably practicable, INDUSTRIE will provide advance notice of a material change that adversely affects members. 

Unless prohibited by law or an account is suspended for fraud or misuse, reward vouchers already issued before Program cancellation will remain redeemable until their stated expiry date on the terms and conditions in effect at the time the reward vouchers were issued. 

Changes may take effect immediately where necessary to comply with law, address fraud or security risks, correct an error, or protect the operation of the Program. 

Digital Wallet availability may vary depending on device compatibility and third-party technology.  INDUSTRIE does not provide devices or device support to members of the Program, nor will INDUSTRIE access members’ accounts to facilitate a member’s access to their reward(s).  Each member is responsible for ensuring they are able to access their rewards, if any, themselves through their own devices and technology. 

INDUSTRIE is not responsible for temporary system, email, wallet, or network outages outside its reasonable control, but will use reasonable efforts to correct Program administration errors brought to its attention. 

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. 

Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms & Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, as well as applicable federal, state, and local laws.These Terms & Conditions also incorporate INDUSTRIE’s applicable Privacy Policy, California Notice of Financial Incentive (where required), and in-store Returns Policy.
