Competition Period

• By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• The competition commences on 19 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm Pacific Time (PST) on 30 November 2026.

• Entries received outside the competition period will not be accepted.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 years or over, subject to applicable state restrictions.

• The competition is void where prohibited by law.

• Employees of Industrie Stateside, its associated companies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• This competition is valid online only. In-store entries will not be accepted.

How to Enter

Digital Entry

• Entrants must visit the official Industrie Stateside competition landing page, accessible via the Industrie website, website pop-up or official social media links.

• Entrants must complete and submit the competition entry form with the required details.

• One (1) valid digital entry is permitted per person.

• Entry into the competition does not require entrants to subscribe to marketing communications. Marketing consent may be provided separately and can be withdrawn without affecting a valid competition entry.

Social Entry

• Entrants may be eligible for additional entries by commenting, tagging and/or sharing the official Industrie Stateside Instagram competition post in accordance with the published instructions.

• Entrants must provide sufficient information to allow Industrie Stateside to verify and match social entries with their digital entry.

• Social entry requirements remain subject to final approval and applicable platform guidelines.

Winner Selection

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.

• The draw will take place on 7 December 2026.

• The winner will be contacted directly by Industrie Stateside via contactus@industrie.com.au, using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

• The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize.

• If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe or is deemed ineligible, Industrie Stateside reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with applicable law.

• The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Prize

• The prize consists of one (1) US$1,000 New Arrivals Wardrobe from Industrie Stateside, with a total retail value of US$1,000.

• The prize is valid for online redemption only and cannot be redeemed at any Industrie retail store.

• The winner will be contacted via contactus@industrie.com.au to coordinate their wardrobe selections, confirm product availability and finalise delivery arrangements.

• All wardrobe selections must be made from products available on the Industrie Stateside website and are subject to stock and size availability.

• Prize fulfilment and postage will be coordinated directly by the Industrie team. In-store collection or redemption is not permitted.

• The prize is not transferable, refundable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash online or in-store.

• Where any prize item becomes unavailable, Industrie Stateside reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

• Any applicable taxes associated with the prize will be handled in accordance with US federal and state tax requirements, as specified in the final rules.

• The winner may be required to provide their name, email address, phone number and US shipping address for verification and prize fulfilment.

General Conditions

• Industrie Stateside reserves the right to verify entries and entrant eligibility and to disqualify fraudulent, incomplete, duplicate or otherwise invalid entries.

• Personal information will be collected and used for competition administration and prize fulfilment in accordance with the Industrie Stateside Privacy Policy. Marketing communications will be sent only where the entrant has provided any legally required consent.

• The winner's first name and/or initials may be published on Industrie Stateside marketing channels, subject to applicable law.

• Industrie Stateside reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition in circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

• Industrie Stateside's decisions regarding competition administration are final, subject to applicable law.

• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

• By participating, entrants release Instagram and Meta from liability arising from the competition to the extent permitted by law.
